Sloths. One of the fastest creatures on earth. Even though they sleep all the time, they are speedy fast. Sloths are pretty big, but their tempers are very small. If you have ever been to a zoo, they probably have a sloth named Flash or Speedy. Sloths and turtles are very similar. They both love swimming, and are both fast. Sloths are very funny, like the one in Zootopia. A lot of people like sloths. They are very smart.

I decided to go to Cambria, CA. I have heard that it is a beautiful little village. I have looked at pictures and it looks really pretty. There is a small beach with sand and really pretty black rocks. The shops look very antique and cute. The restaurants sell mainly fish. People have said that the air smells like fish and that the ocean waves sound really pretty.

On the way, there were loads of trees. As I get closer and closer to the coast of California, it starts to get breezy and cold. The air smells like rain. The trees are just barely moving. When I look out into the distance, You could see the ocean and some of the water evaporation. It is very green here in California. I expected it to be dull and not very colorful. The sun is peaking behind the clouds. I am hoping that  Cambria is as pretty as I heard

 

The sun is hidden behind the gray clouds. Its a really nice and cool place to be. I have been walking along the beach for a few minutes, and I have realized that this one isn’t like any other.

The sand in soft and cold on your feet. In a way, it feels like a foot massage. The beach is quiet, with very few people. The sound of the waves crashing on the shore are very soothing.  There is seaweed that has been washed up on the shore. It is green and slimy. Little crabs hide underneath the sand. There are many rocks and shells. There is a small section of just rocks, and another section right before the ocean that is just sand.

After walking along the beach for an hour, I decide to go back to the hotel. It was very cool today, so I expect it to be the same. The beach was very soothing and I really liked walking along with my feet in the cold water. Today was a good day at the beach.
